How do I become a member?
Becoming a member of Peertelligent is easy. Our membership plans of Annual have no limits on the number of subscribers from your institution. You determine who you want on your campus to represent your institution when it comes to ratings and reviews.

What are the various membership levels?
Peertelligent offers three membership levels: Basic and Annual. Regardless of the membership level, this site is only for higher education. To help ensure that no vendors are allowed, your email domain will be verified. You can compare services and pricing here.
How long does it take to process my membership?
Basic membership is granted immediately for a valid higher education email address. If you receive a message that your institution is not verified, please email email@example.com with your request to create an account. Once our research team has validated the information, we will be in touch to let you know that you are now eligible for Basic membership.
Annual memberships may take up to one business day after all agreements have been processed.
Why am I not receiving emails?
First make sure that you have checked your spam folder. Email notifications from Peertelligent come from The Tambellini Group email domain and maybe blocked at your mail server level.
Please contact your institution’s system administrator to make sure that traffic from Peertelligent under the email domain of thetambellinigroup.com has been whitelisted for your mail server.
If you’re still not receiving emails after confirming that they aren’t being blocked by your mail server, please send us a support request.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
Your user name is your institutional email address that you initially registered with. If you can’t remember your username, contact your institution’s Peertelligent Administrator.
How do I register my institution’s email domain?
Your institution’s email domain is validated against The Tambellini Group’s Institutional Technology Profile Database. If you receive a notification that your email is not valid, you can request that your institution email domain be added by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need additional help, please contact us at email@example.com
How do I update my institution’s profile?
Keeping your institution’s profile up to date is very important for you to continue to get up to date information that is important to you and for you to connect and collaborate with other Peertelligent subscribers. To update your profile or make changes, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be right in touch to personally receive your changes and get your profile up to date.
How do I get access to rate a product for my institution?
You need to contact your institution’s Peertelligent Administrator and request access to be able to rate software and services on your institution’s behalf. The ability to rate is only available for designated individuals whose institution has a Annual membership.
